Online Counselling

For any number of reasons you may prefer to make use of the online options which we offer for counselling and therapy. Perhaps it's difficult for you to make a make the journey into Lancaster or maybe you just prefer the anonymity that working online can offer. Whatever the reason for your choice there are a number of alternatives that you can use.

There are many good reasons for working by telephone aside from the convenience of not having to travel. Telephone appointments can usually be arranged at much shorter notice and whilst face-to-face sessions are between 50 and 60 minutes in duration, telephones sessions can be as short as 20 minutes.

Working using Skype can also offer you much more flexibility and convenience. You'll need a camera and microphone on your computer and a reasonable internet connection speed but that's not usually much of a problem these days.

Email is a great tool for online counselling and coaching. It means that you really can work at your pace and convenience and it gives you lots of time to think about and consider the issues that concern you.

Online Chat

If you'd prefer the anonymity but would like a quicker response than you might get by email then working through online chat might be the best option for you. Appointments can be arranged at shorter notice and at later times than face-to-face or by skype.

If you think that you might be interested in using one of these alternatives then these please contact me by email so that we can arrange a convenient time to work together.
